Seventy pieces of Wm Rogers silver plate flatware. The pattern is Precious Mirror and was introduced in 1954. The set includes 8 seven piece place settings consisting of a dinner knife, dinner fork, salad fork, teaspoon, oval soup spoon, Ice teaspoon, and cocktail fork. The set also includes extra teaspoons, a sugar shell, butter knife, two serving tablespoons, a cold meat fork and a pastry server. The case or cutlery box is original to the set. It has a drawer at the bottom for extra pieces. There is a little wear on the box with some scuffs and a nick but can be touched up with stain.
This is a lovely set and was well taken care of by the previous owner. It would be a wonderful wedding or bridal gift for a young couple and it is also a perfect set for holiday dinner parties.
