Handsome walnut wood caddy with small inlaid band around the top and bottom. The small single caddy is a solid wood. With the inlaid wood I think the piece is probably from the early 20's or 30's. It may have been used as a cache pot that probably had a metal insert for a flower. I think it is a great piece to hold pens, pencils or other utility items such as scissors or markers.
