Vintage Frame Indian Poem from the Sanskrit, The Salutation of Dawn, French Blue and Gold Mat, Art Deco Period, Vintage Wood Frame

Vintage framed Indian Hindu poem from the Sanskrit. The title of the poem is " The Salutation of Dawn". It appears to be taken from an antique book and framed with a French mat. The mat is a beautiful French blue with gold lining on the lip. The frame is a delicate wooden vintage frame with a carved floral pattern.
The back of the frame has a black paper that is worn and a gold sticker that has the name Cincinnati
Art Publishing. I will be happy to replace the black paper if you like but you would need to let me know. It would be replaced with a regular brown paper.
There is a tiny round hook on the frame at the top that enables it to be hung on a wall if desired.
