Silver Plate Water Pitcher, FB Rogers Silver over Brass Water Pitcher with Ice Lip, 1950's Footed Water Pitcher, French Country Vase

Silver plate water pitcher with an ice lip. The mid century silver plate pitcher is actually silver over brass. It has a heavy relief rim with a scroll and shell pattern. The shell motif is repeated where the feet or legs attach to the body of the pitcher. The pitcher is in nice vintage condition with a tiny bit of loss of silver along the rim and on the inside you can see a faint brass.
The bottom of the pitcher is marked FB Rogers.
It is a lovely pitcher and would be perfect for serving at teas or parties but also would make a beautiful vase for a flower arrangement.
