Vintage wood metal box. The large wooden box has metal hinges and two metal shaped elephants on the top. The box is in the shape of a large ledger. It has a latch but no key. When opened, it has one large compartment and a smaller compartment to the right. There is also a compartment on the underside of the lift top. The wood is a rich walnut color, however I am not sure what specific wood was used to make the box. It is a fabulous box and perfect for storing papers, journals, pens, or even remotes.
