Black buffet lamps. A pair of hammered metal lamps with shades. The set of 2 lamps appear to be a hammered iron and are quite heavy for the slender shape of the lamps. They have small slender feet slightly raising the base of the lamp.
The shades are a leather type material or have a leather look. They did not actually come with the lamps but I thought they complimented the style and design of the lamps, so I am including them. If you do not want the shades please let me know and I will readjust the shipping and price for the listing. The shades do have a brass crossbar where the harp attaches, whereas the lamp is black. I do not think it is really noticeable with the lamps being as tall as they are. The finial is a decorative plaster acanthus style finial that was with the shades.
I love the look of these lamps. I think the design would compliment many different decor styles from modern, urban industrial, craftsman and farmhouse. I was drawn to them for the craftsman style. They are in good working order and are an estate find.
