French style bracket. Vintage Acanthus leaf wall shelf or bracket. The French style wall sconce shelf has an acanthus style base in a gold leaf with a black top. This is a single shelf, I do not have a matching one.
It is 12 inches in length and a little over 5 inches deep, making it a nice size for a statue or plate. The shelf appears to be plaster and it is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. There are two holes on the back in which to hang the shelf on two hooks or nails.
This is a very attractive shelf if you are looking for a single shelf to accent a particular small section on a wall.
