A lovely set of Nobility Silver Plate flatware. The 47 piece set includes 8 five piece place settings, one butter knife and six oval soup spoons or serving tablespoons . Each place setting includes grille knives, grille forks, salad forks, teaspoons and cream soup spoons. The Art Deco flatware pattern is Reverie and was produced in 1937. The designers were
Grosvenor N. Allen and Lloyd E. Ressegger. The pattern is a lovely simple pattern with Art Deco linear lines.
The 47 piece flatware does not include the box. .
The knives are what is known as Grille knives with a longer handle and shorter blade. The dinner forks are also grille forks with longer stems. I actually love the long stems.
The silver polishes up beautifully with a bright silver finish. It is a lovely set and perfect for a wedding or bridal gift.
