A lovely English pink transferware egg cup. The pattern is Johnson Brothers Rose Chintz pink and it is marked England on the bottom in black with a small green symbol. The cup is actually listed as a double egg cup by the shape, since an egg could be placed inside either end. It is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. It has a slight swirl pattern with pink to light red flowers and vines and some light blue and green coloration on some of the flowers.
It would make a nice gift for someone who collects egg cups or pink or red transferware.
