A oblong brass indoor planter. The planter is footed with a claw design foot. The relief design is a shell with beading. The planter is an English brass planter from the mid century. The bottom of the planter does have Made in and the last word has been worn, but I do know the design is English brass because I have had several pieces over the years.
The inside of the planter has been painted green and some of the paint is peeling. Someone probably painted it since it was being used for a flower arrangement.
