Silver Cake Plate, Footed Silver Plate Pastry Plate, Decorative Silver Serving Cake Stand,

Beautiful silver cake stand. The vintage silver plate cake plate or stand is footed and has a scalloped scroll and floral relief pattern around the rim and base of the stand. It measures 11 inches in diameter and stands 5 inches in height. The actual area for a cake measures around 8 - 9 inches due to the decorative border.
The plate or stand polishes beautifully and would make a lovely display or accent piece to serve dessert or pastries.
The piece is a nice heavy weight. I do not see a maker's mark on the item, but I think it is probably from the late 60's - 70's.
