A beautiful flow blue platter. The extra large meat platter measures 18 7/8 inches in length and 14 inches in width. It has a scalloped border with a blue flower surrounding the border. The center of the platter is white but definitely has some blue bleeding through the white. The platter is marked W. E. Corn England. It was a English pottery company in lower Staffordshire. The markers mark dates the platter from 1900 - 1904.
The platter is in wonderful condition for the age. There are a couple of nicks on the edge but they are very small and really do not show up from the top of the platter. It is a heavy platter and will be packed carefully.

Drop. Dead. Gorgeous. By far, one of THE most beautiful pieces of antique ironstone I have seen and bought. I can't WAIT to display it. Just stunning. It also was so incredibly well packaged to keep it from breaking it took me a long time to actually remove all the bubble wrap! It was bar none THE best protected and packaged item I've ever received. The owner was a delight to work with. And it shipped very quickly. I will definitely be buying from her again!
