Haddon Silver Plate Flatware, 34 Piece Luncheon Set Late 30's Canadian Silver Plate Flatware, Pattern Louis, Cutlery Box Included

Silver plate flatware consisting of 34 pieces. The 1930's flatware was made by McGlashan Clarke for Canada's Eaton's Department store. Eaton's Department store was Canada's largest department store and was founded in 1869. The flatware was made exclusively for the department store and sold as Haddon Plate. The pattern, Louis has a elegant scroll design along the stem or handle.
The 34 piece set includes 8 four piece place settings and a butter knife and sugar shell. The four piece place setting includes a knife, fork, teaspoon and a oval soup spoon. I actually think the set is a luncheon set because the knife is slightly smaller than a dinner knife.
It is lovely set and perfect for luncheons or for extra settings if you are having a dinner party or brunch. I actually used it for a family gathering for extra flatware pieces recently.
There is a cutlery box that I am including with the set. The box did not come with the set and is not as old as the set. If you are not interested in the cutlery box please let me know and I will reduce the shipping cost.
