Oval Framed Mirror, Vintage Shabby Cottage Gold Toned Mirror with Rosettes, 18 x 24 In Mirror, French Cottage Farmhouse Decor,

Vintage oval shaped framed mirror. The wood and plaster frame is from the 50's and the mirror glass is new. The frame actually had a dark gold paint that had aged to almost a dark gold green color. To brighten it up I applied a gold paint with a light white wash. If desired the frame could be painted a solid white or some other color. There are 4 rosettes on the frame. One of the rosettes has a small chip on it but it is really not noticeable ( please see photo 4). There is also a little plaster off on the inner rim which I have tried to show in photo 8. I am pricing the mirror accordingly.
The mirror can be hung as a vertical or horizontal mirror. I presently have the wire attached to hang the mirror vertically. It must have also been hung horizontally at one time because there are two holes for a hook on the back. If you would prefer that the mirror be hung horizontally please let me know when you purchase and I will attach the hooks for a horizontal mirror.
