Glass Candleholder, Mid Century Double Arm Glass Candelabra with Etched Flower Scroll Arms, Collectible Glass, Holiday Decor

Mid century glass candlestick holder. The double arm glass candelabra has a clear base with an etched flower design. The center stem of the candelabra and arms have a scroll design with an arched pediment in the center. The caps on the candlestick holder has a scalloped rim.
I have not been able to locate the pattern or the maker of the candlestick. I thought it might be Fostoria, but I am not sure. It is in lovely condition with no chips, cracks or damage.
Candlestick holders are always lovely for a table setting or arrangement especially during the holiday season. This candelabra would be lovely with red candles.
