Lovely silver fan brooch. The brooch is a spun silver with a gold wash. It is in the shape of a fan. In the photos it looks like tiny blue spots but it is actually silver. The intricate detail is in the shape of flowers inside each fan petal. I think the brooch is probably European. The brooch is marked 800 on the back.
