Silver Plate Champagne Ice Bucket, Vintage Footed Silver Plate Wine Cooler, French Country Style Wine Bucket Flower Container

Silver plate champagne cooler or ice bucket. The vintage urn style wine cooler has an urn shape with handles. The handles, and rim around the base and opening has a rope style gadroon design. The bucket appears to be a silver over copper because some of the silver has worn in the bottom and you can see some light copper color. It will not affect the function of the piece.
The outside is in nice condition with only minor wear commensurate with age and use with light scuffs. The piece has some number etched on the underside. It believe the numbers designate the pattern number and possibly the date. I have a set of 4 silver plate wine glasses from the same estate that also have the pattern number and a date designating 1940. The glasses are FB Rogers, and I think this piece is also FB Rogers.
The urn or cooler would also make a lovely container for a flower arrangement.
