Antique English Candlesticks, John Watson & Son Sheffield Silver over Copper Candlestick Holders, Rococo Victorian Period English

Antique silver over copper candlestick holders. The pair of Rococo period candlesticks from the mid 1800's - 1860 were made by John Watson & Son in Sheffield England. He was known for his sterling silver but also made pieces of plated silver.
The candlesticks are silver over copper and some of the silver has worn and you can see the copper. On one candlestick perhaps more than the other. Both candlesticks have the hallmark
John Watson & Son Sheffield.
One candlestick does have a ding at the bottom please see photo 5. That particular candlestick also feels a little bumpy on the bottom and that may be why someone put felt on both of them. Both candlestick holders have a black felt on the bottom to probably protect a table or chest from scuffs. Priced Accordingly.
