Antique scalloped luncheon plates. Late 1920's or early 30's semi porcelain luncheon plates or small dinner plates. The plates are white with an hand painted floral sprig pattern. The colors in the floral sprig are a soft teal, soft mint green, pink and a light tan. The plates are scalloped with a small raised relief pattern around the rim.
I have 6 plates and all are in lovely condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There may be a few light knife marks on the plates commensurate with age and use. These are very lovely plates and would be perfect for spring or summer. The colors would even lend them to use during the fall if desired.
The plates measure 8.75 inches in diameter and could also be considered salad plates. I also have larger plates in this pattern. The plates are perfect for brunches, teas and parties.
I have 6 Plates and each is being sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing more than one listing or plate please send a message for combined shipping and savings in price. I also have other pieces of this pattern in my shop.
There is a hallmark which I am not familiar with but I did find a company M L Cremer in Cologne,Bonn Germany. I do not know if that is the company or not. The maker's mark only has the letters capital M small caps china and capital L.
