Art Deco bridal basket. The Art Deco bridal basket is nickel silver which is an alloy of a mixture of three metals with a silver color. There is a small impressed mark indicating it is nickel silver. The basket does have some loss of the silver color in the base of the basket, please see photos 3 and 4. The color appears to be a light brass. The basket does polish nicely, there is however a little loss of the plate on the underside of the handle. Pricing the piece accordingly.
The basket is footed with a swing handle. The handle does stand uprightly without any problem.
This is a nice size for a bridal basket. It is not too large and actually would be a lovely basket for a flower girl to carry. It is also a nice size for cards.
