Two rim soup bowls. Late 1920's or early 30's semi porcelain rim soup bowls. The bowls are white with an hand painted floral sprig pattern. The colors in the floral sprig are a soft teal, soft mint green, pink and a light tan. The bowls are scalloped with a small raised relief pattern around the rim. One bowl is in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The second bowl has a tiny crack that seems to have been there a very long time. Please see photo 7. There may also be a few scuffs in the bottom of the bowl that is minimal wear from use. I am pricing the pair of bowls accordingly.
There is a hallmark which I am not familiar with but I did find a company M L Cremer in Cologne,Bonn Germany. I do not know if that is the company or not. The maker's mark only has the letters capital M small caps china and capital L.
