Pair tall buffet lamps. A beautiful pair of gold leafed buffet lamps. The set of 2 lamps have a plaster or resin base with a metal rod. They have been gold leafed with a red clay under coat. The lamps to then appear to have been toned with a bronze or brown wax or stain. One lamp's base shows a little more of the red under coat, but that is normal when you have gilding. They are a beautiful pair of lamps with silk shades. The base of the lamp has a scroll type leaf similar to an acanthus leaf. The finial has a pointed pediment with a leaf border.
These lamps would be a wonderful pair for an entrance way chest or a dining buffet or sideboard.
The lamps are in good working order.
