Wood and Sons platter. An antique English semi porcelain Wood and Sons Ltd. 14 inch platter. The pattern is Lorraine in multicolor.
The platter is a light cream with cobalt blue, red and gold trim. The pattern has a floral design with small scrolls along the rim and below the rim. The tray is in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It does have some light knife marks which is commensurate with age and use.
The colors would compliment or accent a Chinoiserie decor with the deep blue, gold and red.
