Italian Marquetry Card Box, Vintage Gargiulo Jannuzzi Wooden Marquetry Card Box with Velveteen Lining, Card Lover Gift, Unusual Card Box

Italian marquetry box. A vintage A. Gargiulo and Jannuizzo Italian marquetry card box. The box has three compartments on the inside for three sets of cards. It is lined with a red velvet or velveteen. The inside cover has a small Gargiulo and Jannuizzo tag taped to the box.
The outside of the box features an image of four cards, a diamond, spade, club and heart with a beautiful scroll inlaid design. The outside rim of the top also has a delicate marquetry pattern.
Please Note: The box is lovely but it does have a slight separation in the wood on the top. Please see photo 4. That is understandable with age and use. I am pricing the piece accordingly.
