4 Mexican Silver Knives, Marked Mexican Silver 67, Vintage Dinner Knives, Late 1800's, Rustic Silverware, Cottage Farmhouse

Set of 4 Mexican silver knives. The knives are marked Mexican Silver 67 with a small cross. All 4 knives are in very nice condition. I did find a advertisement from the late 1800's from St. Louis where a department store was going to begin offering Mexican silver marked 67 flatware. It was actually advertised as better than sterling or silver plate because of its durability and that it did not have to be polished. I believe it is actually a type of alloy. The knives are in nice condition and the reflections you may see are from my chandelier or above lights.
