An Art Nouveau silver plate cold meat fork. The fork has a beautiful French design of urns and draped flowers with an engraved design in the face of the fork. The fork does have a monogram B.
The pattern is Ancestral by 1847 Rogers Company and was introduced in 1924. The designer was Ernest T. Beck. It has a nice heavy weight with no loss of silver and only minor scuffs commensurate with age and use.
I love to mix and match antique silver serving utensils especially at the holidays. This would be a wonderful addition to your silver serving pieces for holidays and parties.
