Reserve Lori, Vintage Wood Gesso Frame Painted, Shabby Cottage Vintage Frame, 10.25 x 13.5 Image, Deep Cove Frame with Beading, Art Frame

An antique wooden picture frame painted in a plaster chalk paint. The frame was actually a gold toned wooden gesso frame that I decided to paint. There is a plaster or gesso beading along the inside of the frame and a large beaded design along the outside rim of the frame. It is a deep cove type frame. There is a wire on the back that hangs horizontally but it could easily be changed to hang vertically. I collect antique frames and from the design of the frame and wood used, frame appears to probably be from the 1930's. Some of the plaster on the decorative part was chipped, but has been repaired and painted. It definitely has a shabby rustic look. Priced Accordingly.
The frame would be great for a shabby cottage wedding photo or a photo of a child. It would also be a nice frame for a decorative mirror on a wall arrangement.
The image is 10.25 x 13.5 inches. The overall size of the frame is 17.5 x 20.5 inches. It is a wide cove frame.
