A white ironstone gravy boat by Shenango China. The gravy boat has the Shenango China, New Castle Pa. makers mark along with the initials U. S. Q. M. C. The mark signifies it was United States Quarter Masters Corps from the 1940's.
The gravy boat is in good vintage condition and a wonderful piece if you collect white ironstone or even military china. There are no cracks or crazing. There is a little wear or small discoloration, very light around the rim. I have tried to show it in photos 6,7, 8.
