Large Gorham Chantilly silver plate tray. The oval waiter or butler's tray has a scalloped design with a chased scroll pattern in the middle. Along the scalloped rim are shell designs with handles on each end. The tray is flat and not footed. It is marked Gorham on the bottom. It polishes beautifully. The tray is a used tray and has minor wear commensurate with age and use. There are two tiny little dots shown in photo 6 and 7 . I have priced the piece accordingly. The other image is a reflection of my chandelier
The tray is 26.5 inches in length and 19 inches in width.
The tray will easily hold one or 2 decanters or a decanter and 8 goblets. It would also be beautiful and an under tray for a silver tea or coffee set.
